@33 is a beautifully modernised, small, comfortable hotel with friendly, personal service by the resident proprietors and their staff. The hotel is a Grade II listed Regency town house in the once elegant and still handsome Regency Square opposite the seafront and Brighton's historic West Pier.
Ideally situated less than five minutes' walk from the Brighton Conference Centre and only two minutes from the Metropole Exhibition Centre, it is also near to the main shopping area and has excellent transport links to all parts of the town.
There is a convenient underground car park for 500 cars beneath Regency Square where daily and weekly tickets are available.
The house has been extensively refurbished and redesigned to an exceptionally high standard by the new owner, an exotic Chinese artist, and the staff are available to assist in making your stay in Brighton as pleasant as possible.

All of the well-appointed bedrooms have en-suite facilities, satellite television, tea and coffee facilities and direct dial telephone. The hotel has full central heating and the majority of rooms have a view of the sea and the West Pier.
There are 9 en-suite bedrooms, most with romantic sea views - eight executive double rooms and four standard doubles. In addition, the hotel can arrange accommodation in a limited number of serviced studio apartments. Within each room there is a liberal mixture of styles, generating an intimate atmosphere.
