Only a 10 minute walk from Burgess Hill Railway Station and town centre,
a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute cycle to Ditchling, Victoria and Sheddingdean Business Parks, serving companies such as CAE, Rockwell Collins, American Express and Mid Sussex Porsche Centre.
