As well as our traditional Lancashire Breakfast using homemade and local produce where possible, why not try a lighter breakfast, starting with our delicious fresh fruit salad followed by creamy scrambled egg and smoked salmon or our bilberry pancakes with creme fraiche.

We also cater for vegetarians and are happy to cater for special diets if advised in advance.
