A former rectory hall, the ivy-covered Bartle House is set in beautiful mature gardens. With a super kingsize mahogany sleigh bed, the cottage is just 20 minutes from Sherwood Forest.

Bartle House B&B is a detached, secluded cottage, with its own private access and free parking. There is also free Wi-Fi throughout, and a cooked or continental breakfast is delivered each morning. Guests also have access to the wonderful surrounding gardens.

The historical building has a spacious seating area with a sofa bed, 36-inch TV, DVD player and a work desk. There is also a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and tea and coffee facilities. The elegant bedroom area has an en suite bathroom.

Just 3 minutes’ walk from the centre of picturesque Retford, Bartle House is within an hour of Nottingham, Lincoln and Sheffield city centres. Rufford Abbey is a 20-minute drive, and Clumber Park can be reached in just 15 minutes.
