Beals Barn B&B is a Family run Bed & Breakfast that runs alongside our family run Garden Nursery, The Barn sits in 2 acres of beautiful East Sussex countryside.

We offer cosy and comfortable accommodation, a King size en suite, and a twin room en suite. In addition both rooms have doors onto a picturesque patio area, which is part of the gardens.
We are home to our free range, egg laying chickens, a very friendly family dog and 2 cats.

We are positioned at the end of a long peaceful country lane, a stone’s throw away from Bewl Water, which is the largest inland water in the southeast. With a perimeter of 17 miles, the reservoir lies in a gentle valley within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty between the villages of Lamberhurst, Wadhurst and Ticehurst. We are 5 minutes walk from the Bewel fishing lodge and the Bewel Water visitor’s centre, which offers many activities for all ages, such as cycling, water sports and walking.

If you feel like escaping the tranquillity of Beals Barn, you are a 15 minute car journey away from the historic Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells, and numerous country pubs and restaurants. There are also many National Trust Heritage Houses and Gardens to explore in the area.

Children and well-behaved family pets are very welcome. Travel cots are available on request.
