Welcome to our country cottage bed and breakfast. Situated just 35 minutes from Gatwick, a mile from Uckfield town, we are positioned in the Sussex countryside, with easy access to attractions such as Ashdown Forest, Brighton, the South Downs, East Sussex National Golf Course and London not too far away.

An old cottage with inglenook fireplace and beams throughout, we pride ourselves on our accomodation and serve home cooked breakfasts with local produce and home baked bread.

We have two rooms, both decorated with care and the age of the house in mind, ensuring a tasteful stay. There is a seperate sitting room for use and the garden is available for you to enjoy.
