The historic city of York offers superb museums, great restaurants, many bars & shops, & a great nightlife. Situated on the river ouse, a boat trip is a must for all would be sailors, the famous shambles are well worth a visit, as is the magnificent minster with its fantastic stained glass windows. York offers so much to see for the visitor & most tend to visit for more than one day, hopefully you will want a return visit to stay with us as most people do.
