Great Eggspectations
Breakfast is served in the light conservatory or spacious elegant dining room. Start with our cold buffet of fruit juices, cereal and yoghurt. Then go for our traditional Sussex breakfast with freshly cooked local sausages and bacon, free range eggs, tomatoes (from our garden when in season), mushrooms – the lot.
Or you may prefer a lighter continental option with local cheeses, ham, croissant and locally produced whole fruit jam. During summer, we supplement the table with fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables from our kitchen garden using organic methods (all saving food miles). Our bread comes from a local award-winning Sussex baker.
Decaf drinks, herbal infusions, vegetarian options, and evening dining (on request at time of booking) are available too.
Special dietary needs
Our resident therapist has a certificate in diet and nutrition, so we can tailor individual menus to cater for special dietary needs e.g. gluten free (except severe nut allergies, or any life threatening intolerances – please discuss in advance).
