Situated in a quiet tree-lined residential road a short distance from Wimbledon Village and the All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC) where the Wimbledon Tennis Championships are held, you are assured of a warm welcome in this interior designer's family home where style, comfort and tranquillity is paramount. All care has been taken to ensure our Guests’ maximum comfort.
The house is light and bright and south facing with stunning views across to the South Downs. On a clear day the Clock Tower near Epsom Racecourse can be seen in the distance! There are three comfortable light and spacious double bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms - two of the bathrooms have bath with shower the third has a shower only. Tea and coffee making facilities, and colour televisions are available in all the bedrooms. All the bedrooms are carpeted and furnished to the highest standard with top quality cotton bedding, feather pillows and duvets and silk curtains. The bathrooms are tiled. There is a sitting room at the disposal of our guests with Sky television.
Wimbledon is served by an excellent selection of Restaurants, Pubs and Cafes to suit all tastes and pockets! all within walking distance of our B&B.

• Parking is free as there are no parking restrictions and public transport is within walking distance.
• WALKING: For those who enjoy walking we have a wealth of beautiful parks and commons on our doorstep providing wonderful walks and abundance of plant and wild life. Richmond Park with 2,500 acres is the largest urban park in the world and a short drive from our house. Wimbledon Common is approximately 1,140 acres and five minutes’ walk from our house as are the beautiful gardens of Cannizaro House.
• GOLF: Golfers have an extensive range of local clubs to choose from all within walking distance or a short drive from our house, including the Royal Wimbledon Golf Club if you are fortunate to be affiliated with the club.
• RIDING: For anyone who wants to ride we have 2 Riding Schools within walking distance offering the chance of hacking across Wimbledon Common and Richmond and Bushey Parks
• HORSE RACING: Ascot racecourse with Royal Ascot in June is but a 40 minute drive from here or 20 minutes on the train from Wimbledon Main Line Station.
Sandown Park and Kempton Park Racecourses are 20 minutes by car or train.
• HAMPTON COURT PALACE can be accessed from our house by bus, train, river boat or car
• We are 2 minutes drive from the A3 leading to Central London and all routes including the M4, M5, M3, M23, M1.

Driving directions
We are conveniently located two minutes drive from the A3 - 10 minute bus ride to Wimbledon Station - 8 minute walk from Raynes Park Station and 2 minute walk to the bus stop.
